High-fenced KC Ranch has lots of creek frontage, diverse terrain, a tank and abundant wildlife. Multiple senderos bisect the land, giving hunters an advantage. The creek runs through the center of the ranch and into Concho River. A nice field and feeding stations are on the high bank side. Game includes deer, turkey, quail, dove and duck. A modular home is well-kept and has plenty of room. A set of cattle pens is located at the headquarters. Lipman-Kickapoo Water District provides water to the house.
